With over three decades of expertise within the pulp and paper sector, Scott Conant became a part of New-Indy Containerboard in 2013.   In 2021, he assumed the role of President of New-Indy Containerboard.   During his initial tenure with the joint venture, Conant served as the General Manager of the Ontario, California Mill for four years, subsequently taking on the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2017.  He played a key role in the consolidation of the paper packaging businesses and in strategic planning for continued company growth and expansion.
